Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers purchased IN STORE can only be used in store.

Gift Vouchers purchased ONLINE can only be used online.

All purchased Gift Vouchers are valid 3 years from issue date. 

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash, reloaded, topped up or used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

The value shown on a Gift Vouchers includes GST.

Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable and any unused balance can be used for future purchases up to the expiry date.

Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash.

Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Items purchased using Gift Vouchers that are subject to our returns or refunds policy will be refunded new Gift Voucher. We reserve the right to issue you with a new Gift Voucher equivalent to the value of your refunded Gift Voucher purchase.

Should we suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Voucher, we may refuse to redeem the Gift Voucher until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days notice by posting the changes on this website. If you contact us within the notice period and do not accept the changes, we can cancel the Gift Voucher and refund you any value remaining on the Gift Voucher.

Donated Gift Vouchers

Donated Gift Vouchers are not included in these terms and conditions. These Gift Vouchers are treated as discount to the valued amount. No balance can be retained. Donated Gift Voucher must be presented in store to redeem. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Donated Gift Vouchers must be used in full in 1 transaction. Donated Gift Vouchers can not be used to pay for deposits or hire bonds.

AFC $30 Vouchers

Limit 1 per customer. Emailed vouchers must be presented in store to redeem. AFC Vouchers are treated as discount to the valued amount. No balance can be retained. AFC Vouchers must be used in full in 1 transaction. AFC Vouchers can not be used to pay for deposits or hire bonds.

Father's Day Gift Card Competition 2023

Customer can enter as may times as they wish. 1 entry = 1 sale recorded under the customers details. Minimum details needed to enter are name, mobile number, email and suburb. Prize drawn Friday 1st September 2023. Winner notified by phone and email. Gift Voucher awarded falls under the above T&C's of donated gift vouchers.

VIP Rewards Program

Your VIP REWARDS card entitles you to a 10% discount off the normal retail price of all merchandise and Suit Hire. Discount is only applicable to normal priced merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount will be deducted off the total of the normal priced items at the point of sale. Your VIP REWARDS card must be presented or mentioned in store at time of purchase to receive discount. VIP REWARDS discount is available in store only, it is not available online. Your VIP REWARDS card will expire 2 years after your last purchase. A new card will be issued upon your request.

Any changes to the VIP REWARDS card program can be made at the discretion of Peter Shearer Management and all VIP REWARDS members will be notified of such changes. Where your personal information is disclosed we will seek to ensure the information is held, used or disclosed consistently with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. (Formally known as PS REWARDS)

General

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Peter Shearer Menswear. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Peter Shearer Menswear. Peter Shearer Menswear reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Peter Shearer Menswear also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Peter Shearer Menswear again, just sign up as you did the first time and Peter Shearer Menswear will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at martin.gilligan@petershearer.com.au. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.


Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrolment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
