At the time of booking a $50 bond is required for each suit hired. A valid ID and contact details must be presented at this time for each suit hired. The bond is refundable upon return if all other conditions are met.
Hired items do not need to be cleaned before being returned as all hired items are dry cleaned after each use in house.
The standard hire period is from 12:00pm Thursday to 4:00pm Sunday of the same week. Any hire needed outside of this time frame can be arranged with staff when in store. In the event said articles are not returned within the agreed specified time a $30 per day fee will be applied until the suit is returned. The reason this charge is put in place is due to the suits needing to go through the dry cleaning and re-altering process for the following weekends hire. If the suit bags/hangers are not returned this will incur a fee of $5 per item. In the event of damage to or loss of articles you will need to pay a replacement cost of the article at the regular retail prices.
