Tie the Knot in Style
BTS from Peter Shearer’s latest photo shoot
Spring has officially sprung, which means wedding season is well and truly upon us. Peter Shearer have an exclusive range of new pieces for the upcoming wedding season, and we’re giving you a sneak peek from behind the scenes on our latest photo shoot.
Located at the stunning Beresford House in McLaren Vale, our talented styling team worked their magic to showcase this season’s suit trends. With clear blue skies, stunning models and chic new pieces, it was impossible to take a bad image. The photo shoot commenced in the gardens of the estate, surrounded by picturesque firewood and vines. Looks were created with the ‘Spring wedding’ theme top of mind, boasting suits with the right combination of casual and formal.
Colour palettes consisted of navy, charcoal and blue. Suits were paired with vibrant burgundy tones and soft baby blues, photographing beautifully against the timber and greenery. The softer tones reassure grooms-to-be it’s acceptable to step out of your comfort zone and embrace different colours, prints and trends on your special day. Inspired heavily from the Spring time, suit styling incorporated floral accents with printed ties and eye-catching pocket squares, suspenders, tie pins, printed socks and lapel florals.
Suited for the low-key, causal groom, sports luxe coats were paired with coloured chinos. YES! This is acceptable for a Spring time affair - it’s Peter Shearer approved. Not only is this look super stylish, it’s also a fitting look for groomsmen (aka. ‘The Boys’).
For the next look, the groom rocked a beige linen suit, perfect for warmer weather or a beach wedding. This fresh versatile look is an example of when we say dress to for the season.
At Peter Shearer, catering for all grooms is a MUST! So, we couldn’t forget the traditional, classic groom look. The model was fitted perfectly in a dapper three-piece suit, ready to channel your inner David Beckham at the Royal Wedding. The Beresford bedroom contained sleek black and white furniture, setting a romantic ambience to create a seamless location to shoot tuxedo style suits. These timeless looks are also great for a sit-down dinner, signifying class and structure. Â
With magnificent views, immaculate gardens and a romantic atmosphere, Beresford House was the picture-perfect location to showcase Peter Shearer new season arrivals.
